Even though the rooms were small, the comfy bed made up for it. I would choose this place again for the great service. Some facilities are better in person than on photos.

I've stayed at this hotel twice now and it remains one of my top choices when visiting Brooklyn. the recently renovated rooms are spacious and nicely decorated, with a comfortable bed and a great bathroom and shower. the staff, especially Nilda, are friendly, warm, and welcoming. the breakfast, while somewhat limited in choices, is still satisfactory, with fresh oranges and a decent selection by American hotel standards. the value for the price is excellent, especially when compared to other hotels in the area.

There was one downside to this otherwise great experience. I found the rooms to be terribly cold, even after changing rooms twice.
